"The handling of the Geddry matter was corrupt from the outset. The corruption exhibited between the Iversens, the Kalinas and the District Attorney in this matter indicates that the law was not being applied equally in Mendocino County. Personal interests and the 'good-ole- boy' system were being served." Arbayo Decl ¶ 44

June 6, 2002 Letter to Vroman
My letter to Vroman demanding an explanation of why the Iversens can break the law and he does nothing about it. Only 5 days after the murder, I was so distraught that I dated it May 6 instead of June. This letter was also written before I found out that Vroman had tried to prevent Animal Control from investigating. To date, Norm Vroman has never answered a single letter or cooperated in any way.
June 20, 2002 Letter to Vroman
Letter to Vroman questioning the improper participation of Kalina in the Sheriff's investigation and a request for a copy of Vroman's 'written' guidelines regarding prosecutiorial discretion. Again, this letter was never answered.

Letter to Vroman demanding to know why, even after felony charges are filed with his office, he has not arrested Don and John Iversenfor felony animal cruely. Again this letter went unanswered.
